Refreshing Toner
The toner feels so refreshing on my face. I wait a few minutes for it to dry before applying face lotion, and coffee bean eye cream. My skin is very soft after 2 weeks of use, and I have noticed a small improvement in my under eye circles. I dont care for the smell, it is smells a little medicinal to me, but that quickly dissipates. If it smelled nicer, (to my nose), I would rate it 5 stars.
