Orders placed through 100% Pure Australia are completed via the Clean Nectarine website, our exclusive distributor for Australia & New Zealand.
90 Day Return PolicyWe have a 90 day return policy, which means you have 90 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item needs to be unused, unopened and in its original packaging. We are happy to provide a refund or store credit for approved returns.

If you have changed your mind about an item you ordered, please contact us within 90 days of receiving your order. The item will need to be returned unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Opened or Used ProductsIf you have opened or used a product and are unhappy with it, please contact us at orders@100percentpure.com.au. While opened products are not usually eligible for a standard return, we are always happy to help with product advice, alternatives or possible swaps where appropriate.
Faulty ProductsIf you have received a product that you believe to be faulty, please contact us at orders@100percentpure.com.au with a detailed description and any photos you are able to provide. We will review the issue and help arrange a replacement, refund or store credit where appropriate.
Incorrect Item or Damaged on ArrivalPlease inspect your order when it arrives and contact us if an item is damaged, missing or incorrect so we can make it right.
If we have sent you the wrong item, please contact us at orders@100percentpure.com.au and we will help arrange the correct item as quickly as possible.
Out of Stock ItemsIf we have made a mistake and an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you with the option of a refund, a suitable alternative or having the original item sent when it becomes available.
RefundsOnce we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
