90 Days Return Policy

At 100% PURE we are happy to provide a store credit or refund for any items that are unopened and unused within 90 days of purchase. 

Change of Mind

If you have changed your mind about an item you have ordered, we will need to receive it back to us in the same condition it was delivered to you – unopened, unused and in original packaging within 90 days. 100% PURE™ do not cover the return cost of delivery for change of mind purchases, this is at the customers expense.

Faulty Product

If you have received a product that you believe to be faulty, please contact us at orders@100percentpure.com.au with a detailed description, and any photos you are able to provide.

Incorrect Item / Damaged on Arrival

If you have received a damaged item, or an item that you did not order, please take a photo, and contact us at orders@100percentpure.com.au within 7 days of your order arriving.

Allergic Reaction

If you believe you have had an allergic reaction to a product you have received from us, please discontinue use immediately, take a photo of the reaction and send to us and email at orders@100percentpure.com.au.

How do I return an item? 

Please contact our team at orders@100percentpure.com.au and we will get back to you as soon as possible with next steps. 

How do I know if you have received my return? 

If you have tracking on your return, you will be able to see when it has been delivered back to us. Please allow 5-7 business days for someone to be in touch with you about your return. If you have sent back your item without tracking available, please estimate 5-10 business days for the package to arrive back to us depending on where you are located. 

How will I be refunded? 

You will be refunded back to the original method of payment that you made with your order.

I received a different item to what I ordered; how do I return it?  

If you have received an item that you did not order, please take a photo, and contact us within 7 days of your order arriving. Please contact our team at orders@100percentpure.com.au. 

I received a faulty item; how do I return it?

If you have received a product that you believe to be faulty, please contact us with a detailed description, and any photos you are able to provide. Please contact our team at orders@100percentpure.com.au. 

My order was damaged on arrival, how do I return it?

If you have received a damaged item, please take a photo, and contact us within 7 days of your order arriving. Please let our team know by emailing  orders@100percentpure.com.au.
